Overview
Budgetary constraints in many communities often impact the First Responder community in very tangible ways. First Responder Services often lack equipment and training resources. It could be something as simple as a new fire hose or something as complex as training in the handling of hazardous materials.
Unfortunately, budgetary decisions can attribute to the risks and burden already being faced by First Responders and those that assist them in their service.
The Shield Journal wants to assist, in a tangible way, the brave individuals that often put public safety before their own.
